Nestled in its enclosed garden, this traditional Breton house comprises on the ground floor, a communal room (lounge-dining room), a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a WC and a garage. On the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and WC) make up a comfortable sleeping area.

Parking is available in front of the property. From the house, you can reach the beach in 10 minutes by car.
