Views of the beautiful courtyard and the countryside. Equipped to a high standard. Free parking with both train and bus station just 4 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, cafe's, an array of fabulous shops, beauty and hair salon at the front of the courtyard. The courtyard lead onto the Market Place which holds a farmers market on the 2nd Saturday of each month. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Glassware, utensils, crockery and cutlery for 6\. The lovely luxurious lounge has space to relax and watch the 55 inch TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and super fast broadband. It has a beautiful dining table all set for dinner. Fabulous setting for a few pre dinner drinks and dinner together. The 2 double bedrooms are all equipped with quality cotton bed linen, carefully chosen pillows and a comfortable mattress. A dressing table with mirror, good lighting and plug sockets in all the right places. Wardrobes with hangers. The bathroom has a spacious shower, heated towel rails, fluffy white towels, shampoo and conditioner from Prestige Beauty and Hair at the front of the courtyard. Shower gel is also provided. All of this and the Peak District within easy access via train or bus. The train and bus gives easy access to Derby and Nottingham cities, while the direct rail route takes you to Ambergate, Cromford and Matlock Bath in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District.
