Nothing works correctly, Internet, the Shower Temperature goes from Freezing and Scolding continually, The Air Conditioner, noisy, Loud, and full of Lint, Housekeeping shows up about 4PM, Idiot Maintenance Staff, can't figure out anything, NEVER AGAIN FOR ME

We did not like our stay at all, and complained several times but nothing was done for us. We decided to leave the hotel earlier and have requested a refund. Room was not cleaned properly, shower did not work right and light was not working inside shower. Air conditioning made noises the entire time and dirt came out of the vent. Wifi did not work at all during our stay. Parking was really bad even though they charge R$30 daily. Baby crib requested did not have higher levels so we could not use it for our 7mo baby, overall a really negative experience and the hotel did nothing to change this unfortunately.

Tem muito a melhorar
Chegamos ao hotel, e não havia ninguém na recepção para fazer o check-in, porque a única atendente tinha ido ao toilet. Os travesseiros são muito velhos e desgastados pelo uso (muxiba). A água quente demora a chegar no chuveiro, gerando desperdício de água. As paredes divisórias dos quartos são muito finas, e ouve-se tudo que se fala no quarto ao lado. O estacionamento é fora do hotel, pago à parte, sem qualquer desconto para o hóspede. O café-da-manhã é muito bom - Restaurante Olegário.

This was sad and disappointed because the bed sheets were dirty and my bed had some sheets with dirty black marks. when I ask for a change, the reception staff will look at me with a very nasty face. I felt embarrassed. I always look for a hotel that has a name to receive good hospitality but after that I will review my concepts.

Small rooms, one AC didnt work well. Staff was nice and offered us a new room. This new room's AC was cold but didn't blow well. We were hot. Faux leather Padding behind bed was bad in both rooms, coming apart. Bathroom was good. Towels worn out. We were hoping to use the hot tub but it was broken. Breakfast was good. Hotel overall is not true to the Hilton Brand. The Hotel was very clean.

Dirty hallway, dirty sheets, smelly room, poor breakfast with eggshells in the scrambled eggs, they don’t gice late check out and don’t even check if they have availability, they deny promptly. Noisy rooms and fridges. The gym is only a cardio center, with some halters. The restaurant in the hotel is very poor. Not a hilton hotel.

Ok choice
Good hotel for business in Belo Horizonte. Close to Savassi and other good neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side was the expesinve parking.

A great stay
The hotel staff was very cozy. The breakfast menu could have more options (but the food was delicious). The rooms are not sound proof. I could hear people from other rooms (steps, conversation, etc.).

Nice Staff, great location, not well maintained.
The best feature of the hotel is the staff. They were very nice and polite at all time. The hotel needs an improvement in terms of cleanliness in the Lobby, lobby’s bathroom, hallways, gym and pool area. Furnitures are worn out, bathrooms in public areas smells. Good points, besides the staff, It is well located ,and has an excellent breakfast.
