The water was lukewarm. Staff: The Check-in was smooth and the assistance helped me to pay the parking fee. Gym: we did not use it. Breakfast. This was NOT very pleasant. By the time we went at 9am, most things were gone and aad not stock. There were not enough items in the hot containers and we were not informed that they could make to order."

"There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy"
