Surrounded by the majestic northern Michigan everyone talks about. Bald Eagles diving and catching fish out of Thayer Lake before your eyes, Ospreys circling above, seeing the Loons next right before you or the beavers swimming into their dens, all on this peaceful property.

Such a lovely place. Only complaint was no blinds on the slider and electric can be a little funny (no coffee maker and toaster at the same time) Beautiful spot. Beautiful design. Beautiful view.

The Beaver’s Lodge is brand new and well appointed. It has a very comfy feel; it’s not a man cave. There are games for the kids, the kitchen is well setup, plenty of space and everything works. The owners are very responsive. The beds are very soft. Towels are brand new. Spotless clean.

Such a great spot! Beautiful property overlooking the lake within a short distance from hiking trails, good restaurants, and skiing. Cabin was very clean and cozy. Perfect winter getaway for the family and the pup!
