The apartment, located on the ground floor, spreads over two levels. The ground floor houses the lake view living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, consists of three attic bedrooms, two of which boast a small balcony overlooking the lake. The first one features a queen-size bed, the second one has two single beds, while the third one has one single bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub. The highlight of the apartment is the portion of the private garden with amazing lake view, equipped with a barbecue, dining tables and sun loungers. \*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
