Had a lovely stay. Best hotel I've stayed in whilst visiting Belfast by a country mile. Staff were helpful and pleasant, building and decor was newly renovated and the breakfast was excellent. Worth paying an extra £20 to stay here over the Clayton or others.

The Bedford Hotel is in a great location, opposite City Hall, Belfast. The room I had was spacious, clean and well appointed. The property has been completely renovated but still retains original features The staff were friendly, approachable, helpful and at the same time professional. The dining area is well laid out and the tables are not cramped together providing space for dining. Breakfast was excellent and the bread and pastries are baked in house and delicious. A very enjoyable stay. Booked in again for next month.

We had a lovely relaxing few days. The room was lovely and had a great view. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent . The only issue we had was on the Saturday night at around 3am the fire alarm started sounding and that woke me and my wife up. We started to get dressed and then the alarm stopped so we didn't leave the room but apart from that everything else was excellent and we will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic overnight stay. My wife was celebrating her birthday and the birthday treat left in the room was a nice touch. We had breakfast which was really nice. Staff were very attentive. Cocktails in the bar were delicious. My only criticism would be it is difficult to access the bar internally from reception. You have to be escorted through the restaurant which felt restrictive for moving freely as a hotel guest.

This building is an iconic building in Belfast tranformed now into a beautiful hotel retaining many of the original features and materials with a modern twist . Excellent in every way from facilities to staff. Right in the heart of the City . Brilliant stay and highly recommended to anyone visiting Belfast our just going down the road like us to take in the luxury experience for a birthday!

Hotel is very nice but some of the staff could be more attentive and hospitable. Not the friendliest people. There were a few exceptions, breakfast guy was very nice as were the waiters in the bar but the rest, not so much.

This was the most expensive property out of the 5 we used during our tour, and it showed. Check-in was smooth and we were soon in our room. While not the largest, it had a kingsize bed and was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It also had the best shower of any of the other properties we had stayed at. The tea and coffee station was brilliant, in a little room of it's own. There was a lovely big wardrobe and a smaller, double door unit which I thought was slightly strange as it wasn't deep enough for clothes or shoes. Food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious and well presented and breakfast was ok. The choice was huge but the hot section, as is always the case when it is served buffet style, was a bit dried out and not particularly hot. Two negatives worth noting is that we were right opposite the main security door between the lifts and the corridor. For some reason, people cannot close a door, they have to leave it to bang shut, which they did all night. Also, there is no parking nearby, although the hotel does have a link to the Value Car Park, about 10 minutes walk away, and does give a small discount on the hefty parking charge. The location of the Bedford Hotel was perfect. Right opposite the City Hall and at the edge of a huge shopping district. I would happily stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Belfast.

Relatively new hotel which is clean and welcoming, located right on the edge of the city centre. The room was lovely and spacious. The staff are very friendly. Great restaurant and bar. I’d certainly use it again.
