Booked this for my adult children attending a family event nearby. The property is as described in a quiet residential area with ample parking. Great communication with the host. WiFi was efficient and tea, milk, etc provided. The property is close (less than 3 mins walk) to bus routes into the city centre and food and takeaway shops. A 5 min walk has you on the slopes of Cavehill and an easy walk to the summit with extensive views over Belfast. We had separate bedrooms which sharing a hotel room we wouldn’t have & we weren’t confined to one room the whole time. It was located in the middle of a very quiet neighborhood & we had street parking right on front of our location. Everything was very clean & they had plenty of towels for our use. The beds were very comfortable & the rooms were just the right size for sleeping. The only downside that I want to mention is that the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor up a very narrow/steep set of steps so I didn’t bother bringing my luggage upstairs. No handrails on the stairs either…just a heads up for older or elderly people that might have a tough time with stairs. The other downfall was the bathroom is very tiny & the tub was very tall to step in & out of (again a heads up for older or elderly people. Definitely not handicap accessible. If you’re traveling with all adults or 2 adults 2 children it’s the perfect little place to rest your head for the night. The outdoor space was not very nice.no table or chairs on the back patio…a newer looking fence across the back but lots of garbage over the fence in the back yard space & the fencing to the left looks as if it’s about to collapse onto the patio property. Again though perfect little house for a couple day stay when in Belfast.
