I rang the property the day before we were due to go and was told that it was closed down at least two months previous. They said they had informed ebookers.ie. Spent most of Friday trying to get alternative accommodation to no avail, also spent most of Friday night talking to ebookers again to no avail. Ebookers took out the full cost of the stay from my card even though they knew there was no accommodation available. When we complained about this, they returned it as if we were supposed to be happy with this. Overall very bad service, It would have been easier to just have called the property myself, at least we would have known well in advance.
