Other Things to Note:
• Convenience: Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided.
• Standard check-in from 3–7 pm - you must confirm the time at least 24 hrs in advance
• Early check-in may be available upon request (ask us 24hrs before).
• Late check-ins can be accommodated if you let us know in advance and we don't have a same day check in.
• A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £10 per night
• The bedroom has a double bed that accommodates two people. If you would like extra bedding and towels for additional guests using the sofa bed please ensure you include 3 or 4 guests on the booking.
• After booking, we’ll send you a short check-in form to complete. This will ask for details such as full name, email, phone number, photo ID, and your proposed check-in time. Please note that the form must be completed and returned at least 24 hours before arrival to secure your check-in
The parking spots closest to the front door are on Templemore avenue on both sides of the road - no yellow lines or parking restrictions.

On, or just before, check-in day you will receive an SMS from one of our friendly team who will arrange a time to meet you at the property, take you to the apartment and show you around. You will have their direct number throughout your stay in case you need it.
