The building is a large residential complex right in the industrial heart of the city. You'll retrieve your key from a lockbox outside the building. Please note, although lifts are present in the building these are not operational. While we manage a handful of apartments within it, we do not own or manage the building itself or have any control over the communal areas or the entrance. Please do be mindful of this when arriving! The Neighborhood: Located within a quiet, residential building, you're only a stone's throw from City Hall and ready to experience all the city has to offer. Our homely, spacious apartments are the perfect spot to relax and we have a variety of apartment types to choose from.
