Very central location. Belfast is not a big city so everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel room itself was nice but the toilet leaked. Also, the parking situation was tricky, partly due to construction, but still tricky nonetheless. The breakfast was worth the money and the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very close to town and rooms ok Staff very nice but those servicing rooms a bit lapse in areas, cups not cleaned or replaced, towels not replaced ,tea etc. but reception did respond quickly .
