The hotel itself is pretty old and the food over there is just not good. The one good thing about the hotel is the pool, i would say.

Very dirty hotel, terrible food!

Absolutely nothing good, the food is something terrible, all the food floats in some kind of dirty water, there are flies everywhere, absolutely nothing can be eaten, a lot of joy for children is the children's slides, but they are old and dirty! The air conditioners in the rooms work poorly, they also fall apart, one air conditioner fell right on my child while he was sleeping, it’s terrible, we left this hotel the next day, there’s a lot to list, this hotel is not worth your vacation and money. one plus is the staff at the reception, especially the guy, all I remember is he has an earring in his ear, he is an absolute great guy and helped us when we needed it.

Ok the food the worst got sick the rooms beds older then the 1950 and they Stoll our i pad and said we did not have one WiFi doesn't work in general my dog would not like it

I thought I had booked an all-inclusive hotel and on Expedia's itinerary it states under Included amenities free parking and all-inclusive. Hotel told me that I had booked room only. Tried to cancel booking at hotel and on home computer but virtual agent had no record of boooking. Mashalle your agent found booking and told me that the room only was all-inclusive. V misleading.

They also dont have a phone number that works my son forgot his i pad in the drawer after a long battle one of your agents said they would call back no reply and it was not there so it means that they stole it and I am still waiting for the hotel to call back

I stayed here with my partner who is English for 2 nights and let me tell you if I had the money to move hotel even for only 1 night I would have. there was no English entertainment not really a big problem but she missed out on what was going on. But the worst of the worst was the food situation!! Now everyone would crowd the doors at meals time and it was like a bunch of animals rushing into the room. We decided to hold back on the second day but realised that people cue because otherwise there’s no food or cutlery left, we found ourselves eating scraps with paper plates and plastic cutlery. And on top of all that the staff were just rude will never be staying here again and yes it wasn’t the most expensive holiday but definitely not worth the amount we paid for 2 nights

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had several negative experiences that impacted our overall stay: • Inconsistent Pricing & Unprofessional Behaviour: On our first visit to the dining area, one price was given for food. The next time, a different staff member (claiming to be the manager and father of the first) demanded a higher price, saying “my word is the final word.” This was unprofessional and uncomfortable. • Rude Staff with Poor English: Many dining staff members were openly rude and spoke very limited English, which made basic communication difficult and added stress during mealtimes. • Room Key Issues: Our room key did not work properly. We had to return to the reception five times, and the older man at reception (who also claimed to be the manager) spoke in a very rude tone, insisting his staff was right. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved. • Ignored Early Check-In Request: We had submitted an early check-in request via the app a day before our arrival, but received no response and no support when we asked in person. • Positive Note – Pool Facilities: The pools were excellent and well-maintained, which was a highlight for the kids. However, this alone doesn’t make up for the overall poor hospitality. Unfortunately, due to the unreliable service, lack of professionalism, and poor staff attitude, we would not recommend this hotel to families or international visitors who expect respectful and consistent service.

ich war für 3 nächte im hotel, check in war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert..tlw. wird englisch gesprochen...mitarbeiter sehr höflich, zimmer geräumig, doppelbett und einzelbett, alles ausreichend, wurde jeden tag sauber gereinigt, handtücher neu,....ich hatte nur frühstück, war ausreichend, von allem etwas...für mich gab es nichts negatives...

Bin wirklich enttäuscht. Im All-Inklusive ist nichts inklusive. Alles kostet extra. Das Essen ist schlecht und Monoton und es wird generell nicht auf Bedürfnisse der Besucher eingegangen. Jeder wirklich jeder im Hotel war unzufrieden und hat sich durch den positiven Internetauftritt täuschen lassen. Nie wieder!

Hotel Belkon

A very disappointing experience food was always cold and a very limited choices. Bar staff very unfriendly. There was one manager that was helpful and cheery. No water or anything in the room fridges. Rooms were tardy and need refreshing. Overall not an enjoyable experience and wouldn’t go back ever and wouldn’t recommend it to my friends and family

The hotel is very dirty, unkempt, staff are unfriendly. The rooms are shabby, old furniture, stained pastel linen. The restaurant and lobby are full of flies. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad it is not hotel at least now

This place is not a hotel now I tell you some important things as below 1- there are workin more building workers whole over the hotel especially in labyrinth with noisy instruments 2- there is no warm water in bathroom in hand washing valve 3- there isn’t WIFi internet inside the rooms 4- the phone doesn’t work because the wire is broken 4- the photos in your App isn’t math with this hotel for example this hotel isn’t beside sea , the pools not working because free of water 5- whole over the hotel is very cold and in cold weather conditions you will feel very cold
