Overall great place… have stayed there a number of times. But the last time was disappointing…I ordered room service at 9:20 pm and never got it delivered. Much less than i would expect even from a one star hotel let alone a hotel of this calibre

This place was amazing! The staff was so friendly and recognized me every time I came to eat. I felt safe walking alone even at night. The food was amazing, the spa staff was great, the rooms were beautiful. The game day drives were unbelievable. I loved this place and have to say this was vacation is in my top 3! I can’t express enough how amazing it was.

The hotel was everything and more. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back. The staff were lovely and made sure our stay was memorable. We never got to eat on the property due to our travel schedule but from observing the menu the Vegan options were limited. There is a lovely vegan restaurant in the mall right beside the hotel. The location is great as it is minutes from Sandton city the hotel has a shuttle service that can take you there. Only challenge when we used it was that it wasn’t reliable for return trips so we used an uber to get back but that was very cheap less than $4. Right beside the hotel there is a shopping mall with restaurants and grocery. We had a suite so we got a few things to have in our kitchen during our stay from the mall. I should also mention the cleanliness. The hotel was SPOTLESS. They did such an excellent job. Probably only thing that I would mention is that it was listed on Expedia as a VIP property but the hotel did not give us any VIP perks. For example we still had to pay for late check out by the hour. We did not receive any upgrades or free offers.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would stay here again
