"Very nice hotel. The room was perfect for my family of 5 as it gave us plenty of room with tge sofa bed in addition to the 2 queen beds. Hotel was quiet even though there were several teams of young children staying for football and hockey camps."

"Location was about 10-15 minutes from Univ of Michigan campus, so super convenient for a visit there. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Had extra lounge chair/table which was perfect to eat in, watch tv and relax. Gym had a variety of equipment. Pool/hot tub looked nice, but didn’t use. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Jonathan’s house was just perfect for our needs and the hosts were helpful whenever there was a question or need. We were 4 sisters staying at Jonathan’s house. This spacious house was very clean and comfortable with a lovely garden and patio seating area. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen, especially the filtered water feature. While it is located a little way from the hospital and central Ann Arbor, we found the trip into town quick and easy. When a couple of little problems arose, Dorothy was quick and efficient in organizing very workable solutions. She was a pleasure to work with. Just to note that the children’s room on the second floor has sloping ceilings which could be an issue for a tall adult, and access to the bathroom on the second floor is through the principal bedroom. These were not problems for us. "

"Really nice place with great beds, bedding, and towels. We appreciated the extra room for our group. The coffee and tea were excellent additions. I slept in the front bedroom which was a little noisy with traffic. We went to the new brewery and had some snacks and drinks. The pretzel nuggets were good. The house is very close to the crowd at the bar. However, it closed at 11 so then it cleared out. "
"Stayed in this very comfortable, clean and quiet home a full week while my son attended a workshop at the University of Michigan. We felt very "at home" in this rental. It was an easy drive to the north campus for my son, and I very much enjoyed working remotely from this home as it is tucked on a very quiet street. While in a quiet neighborhood it is very close to retail, including several grocery stores. It is close enough to downtown that I walked there a few afternoons. Would absolutely rent this home again for future visits to Ann Arbor."

"BED BUGS in the bed we slept in - Orkin man confirmed and said we shouldn't have stayed there. Due to this we left after the first night of our stay. My daughter was traumatized, in tears, and we spent 40 at the laundromat cleaning bags and clothes for 6 households. The house was disgustingly filthy too. "
