"I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. It has to rank very close to the top of my hotel stays and i've been to many. I had a little bit of anxiety travelling to China cause i'm not fluent at all in the language. I only speak Cantonese. However, the staff all pretty much knew the basics of the English language which i really appreciated. The Suite that we had was UNBELIEVABLE!!! It was so gorgeous. I loved waking up and just relaxing in the room looking out the window. Also the Club floor is a MUST. The staff there are all so good. I felt so bad whenever they came by to clear my plate. I wanted to help out and do it myself. LOL. The food was also EXCELLENT on the club floor. Whatever room you're deciding to stay in ... i highly recommend paying extra for the club floor access. It's worth every penny. The pool was excellent too. It was great winding down at the end of a long walking day with laps in the pool. I just wanted to thank everyone at the hotel. My first trip to China was made incredibly rememberable with my hotel stay at the Rennaisance. Keep up the great work."

"This hotel is nearby Wangfuing Pedestrian Street nightlife as it serves its purpose. A real advantage to stayers who like a short distance walk. Surrounding areas is also a good thing."

"We loved our stay at LiveFortuna for the following reasons: its stylish aesthetic; its great location for a pleasant walk through the park (to an excellent crispy duck restaurant); its delicious breakfast buffet with an abundance of choices; its robots that delivered room service; its well-designed bedroom with kitchenette (including filtered water) and cosy bed; its amazing rooftop pool with views of the city skyline and its large, modern gym. If we revisit Beijing, we’ll stay again!"

"I want to mention the staff first. They were friendly, hospitable and so helpful. A special mention to the lady at reception who helped me with an issue on Ali pay. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you. Now for the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful, in a convenient area. Close enough to the subway and about 15 minute walk to Tian’anmen square. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast plentiful, catering by for all tastes. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was lucky enough to return to Beijing."

"I want to also recognize staff Aimin and Fengqing for their exceptional housekeeping … when we called front desk we needed more towels, Aimin provided towels and water right away and ensure we have all different size towel. We accidentally spilled some protein powder on the floor and called front desk. Fengqing swiftly brought a vacuum cleaner and the clean up was so fast and carpet look new again. Nice bed (not too soft or hard. Just nice). Location is excellent so we opt out breakfast or r meals at restaurant."
