HORRIBLE service. Our first room had stained sheets, a malfunctioning AC, bugs in the bathroom, and countless other issues. They hesitated to move us to another room, but I insisted. Second room was a little more clean, but overall still subpar. Our welcome brochure said that breakfast was included, upon arriving for breakfast downstairs they said breakfast wasn’t included for our room. Staff was slow and didn’t care about our needs.
