The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to subway stations and many great and authentic restaurants. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff did a really good job cleaning and maintaining the facilities. Highly recommended!

The hotel was well located near a subway which was about a 10minute walk away. Easy access to Taxis and Didi as they come straight to the outside of the hotel. The staff were helpful and the facilities on offer were everything you could need. Excellent options for dinner which we would highly recommend the buffet dinner. All you can eat and drink for about £18. The breakfast was an excellent variety of food to meet all tastes and was always well stocked.

Everything was great. Great location, staff was very helpful. Rooms, swimming pool and gym was very well maintained. Variety of options in the breakfast. Access to U-Town shopping mall was great factor and lot of restaurants nearby. Musa helped me to order some shopping items.

I’d like to commend Mia Dong at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to guide me through the app - from booking the train to helping me place a supper order via your food app when I had trouble signing in. Maybe it is Beijing but the hotel was less luxurious than the photos depicted. Minimal amenities and strange layout of the sink, made it difficult to have anything on the counter. Maybe perhaps it was due to the older age of the hotel. Received 3/5 stars with 1 star deducted for value and 1 star depicted due to age and amenities. Overall OK, but location was good and staff were helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Zoe for her exceptional service. She noticed from our reservation that our child was celebrating a birthday and thoughtfully prepared a lovely surprise gift for him. It was such a kind and caring gesture that made our family feel truly valued. Zoe’s attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. She made our child feel so happy and gave us a lasting impression of the hotel’s wonderful service. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. Breakfast is good and many choice. Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff nice and helpful. When ask some tour place, they are helpful and provide the map for Beijing. It's very nice. And nearby a lot of shopping mall. And MTR station not very far. Will stay again when next travel.
