Beautiful area, hotel super clean, comfortable beds and pillows…the room is equipped for American, European, Asian travelers. The staff is very nice and helpful. I can recommend this hotel 100% The restaurant is like a michelin 10/10 food is delicious.

Taget i betragtning at hotellet ligger i Beijing, Kinas hovedstad, er det yderst skuffende, at de ansatte stort set ikke snakker engelsk! Det er simpelthen ikke godt nok! Jeg kunne forstå det, hvis hotellet lå ude på landet, men ikke i Beijing! Jeg havde spørgsmål til det password, der skulle bruges for at logge på hotellets wifi, hvilket ingen kunne svare på! De kan kun tale engelsk, hvis de har en app, der oversætter for dem - og alligevel forstår de stort set ingenting! Hotellet i sig selv er fint - det skal det også være til den høje pris! Jeg overnatter dog ikke her igen, fordi kommunikationen er så umulig! Jeg har boet her to gange tidligere, og der var problemet det samme - det gider jeg simpelthen ikke igen!
