Spread over three floors, the house offers a cosy and practical setting in which to fully enjoy your holidays.

    On the middle floor, where the entrance to the house is located, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with large windows overlooking the cove. This space is perfect for gathering with family and friends and sharing unforgettable moments. There is also a guest toilet on this floor for added convenience.

    The lower floor features four double bedrooms, designed to provide comfort and rest. There are also two modern and functional bathrooms with showers, ideal for meeting the needs of the whole family.

    The upper floor has a covered dining area that opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of Sa Tuna. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners, relaxing and admiring the beautiful sunsets over the sea.

    The property also includes a convenient underground parking space, ensuring that you always have a safe place for your vehicle.

Mir amables, pedimos poder devolver un pelín más tarde las llaves, ya q la casa está en una ubicación inmejorable. Y aunque nosotros habíamos dejado la casa a la hora indicada y la plaza de parking libre. Teníamos el vehículo aparcado bien y no queríamos perder el sitio, ya que el lugar donde está la casa es inmejorable y las plazas de aparcamiento se agotan rápidamente. Estuvieron de acuerdo y nos facilitaron la devolución. Para repetir! No falta de nada, menaje completo, igual le hace falta un poquito de reforma pero está súper bien. Muchas gracias

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sa Tuna. La maison est idéalement placée à proximité de la plage et du chemin de ronde. Que dire de la vue qui est juste incroyable ! Des petits travaux de rafraîchissement seraient à prévoir mais le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable.
