We enjoyed our stay once we got there. The pool was nice, clean, and gets good sun. The apartment had fantastic coastal views, was clean and quiet. I would recommend that they put some basic instructions in the unit on how some of the things work, such as the roll-down shutters, the air conditioning system, the washer, and the recycling/trash system. It is not a place for persons with mobility issues, as there are lots of stairs in the property, both up and down from the unit. Walking to the beach village is not far, but steep. The near grocery stores there were closed for the season, but if you have a car that is not an issue. Our biggest negative is the check in process is rather cumbersome and is not clearly outlined in the unit info on VRBO. We were on foot hiking the coast. Unknown from the VRBO info was that the rental office where you have to check-in personally is inland away from the unit/coast and too far to walk. So we had to hire a taxi to go to the agency, then take us to the rental unit. The rental agency claimed that info was on the listing, that we were informed by email, etc. but neither is true. They need to update their listing and ensure that emails get to the client thru VRBO. The staff at the rental office were helpful in person.
