Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash. Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow. Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control. Air conditioning: There's a total of 4 split AC units. There is one AC unit in the living-room and one unit in each of the three bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter). Water Feature: There is no life guard for the lake. Swimming is at your own risk. Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. The house is immaculate! One of the cleanest properties we've stayed in. The house was the perfect size for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) with room for more. The beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels. The linens and towels are high quality, very soft. The kids had fun fishing in the pond and made good use of the kayak (they caught some bass, pickerel and sun fish). The neighborhood is nice and quiet, dirt roads, no traffic...great for taking walks. We used the grill and the oven for dinners, and the kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for the food that we brought. The town of Lee is nearby (about 15 mins) and has some cute restaurants, plus a Big Y grocery store. The back deck is AMAZING! There's nice outdoor furniture for relaxing. We stayed in early spring and we were fortunate enough to have a a couple of nice afternoons warm enough to sit out there and enjoy the sun. The host was very responsive with communications and getting in and out of the house/keyless entry was a piece of cake. Highly recommend! We'd love to stay here again. ##### Kate L.
