About this property

Beautiful Beaver Island getaway

  • This property sits on 3 1/2 acres of wooded privacy. You are less than 2 miles from town. You are less than a mile away from Donnegal Bay. This property has been in our family for over 20 years. Our parents lived here full-time, and loved beaver Island. We have a fishing boat which is a flat bottom aluminum boat. You are about three blocks away from front lake. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. The upstairs includes a loft end second bedroom. The loft has a couch with a pull out sofa. There are also two queen size air mattresses. In the second bedroom, there are bunkbeds and a twin bed.
    The house is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a gas stove, microwave, coffee, maker, washer, and dryer. The house is very clean and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay!!
