We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment annex. I only knocked a couple of stars off 'condition and facilities' as there wasn't any coffee in the room, one of the bathroom cupboard panels was loose, a net curtain in the bottom bedroom kept falling down and the outside terrace light didn't work. Also, the hotel hadn't automatically reserved a parking place for us and our stay was the middle stop of a drive from the south of France back to England. I think if this isn't done automatically, guests should be asked as parking is not easy in the centre of Beaune. The free car park we were told to go to, conveniently located opposite the appartment, was full so, we had to wait until someone left. This is also the reason for knocking one star off the otherwise excellent 'staff and service'. But, that said, apart from the slightly tricky onboarding process, we really enjoyed our stay and now we know to ask for parking in advance, we would stay again.

Not the place for me! Terrible customer service! Booked my room 2 months in advance but when i arrived they told me i had to stay at their annex, which was down the street. I reserved parking for 8 euros per day. But they told me to park in the public parking across from my building. The annex was nice, but i had to carry three bags up a winding staircase through a maze of hallways and a few more stairways. The room was nice, and i guess you get what you pay for. Sorry to be so negative.

Very Disappointing stay in La Cloud de la Paix
We stayed at this hotel in early December and loved it - we stayed in the main hotel and had parking underneath the hotel. Therefore we booked again only to be put in what I'd call the 'delapidated wing' of the hotel. This is nowhere near the hotel has quite a lot of peeling paint and rust on the stairs, dirty carpets, poor decoration, very unappealing room, all in all extremely disappointing. When we asked to change rooms we were told nothing else available. No prior notice that it was different from before either - didn't seem to care! Needs updating and painting immediately.

Good location to get to the Gare station. Nice hotel but no lift. The nice manager helped us get the luggage up the stairs. Close to a square full of restaurants. Good breakfast. Good room for four people.

Very lovely hotel. The hotel accommodated our 3-person party. A very short walk into the beautiful city of Beaune. The hotel has a very homey feel about it. The Hotel and breakfast come very much recommended.

No single beds only double sofa bed 5th and 6th
Good option but the apartment does not have 2 doubles and 2 singles. It is 2 doubles and a double sofa bed. Fine but teenage kids had to share As fully booked were unable to provide a rollaway but did knock 10% off as a gesture.

We'd stay again
Lots of stairs and windy hallways to get to room. But, room was comfortable, small, and warm. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had info about the city. Breakfast was very good. Centrally located between city center and train station.

Small but cozy
This is a very cute hotel, with small but cozy rooms. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with coffee and refrigerators. There was parking on site, which worked well, and the staff was helpful. The hotel was a short walk from the center of town, nicely located. I would recommend this to anyone coming to town.

Par Excellance in Beaune!
We were booked for 2 nights and a sudden change of plans and needed to book ahead of time on a Friday night. We arrived from Colmar very tired and needed a room with a bath tub for Helen due to foot surgery, and were upgraded from standard room to the penthouse suite at no extra charge! The owners and staff were superb, will definitely recommend and stay again😎

Great hotel for the location and price
Stayed only one night, but it was extremely suitable for a family of five. Two rooms next to each other and almost sound proof. Walking distance to the old city (10 minutes).

This hotel was a dump, rated on hotel.com as three star, when in fact the annex is a two star. I expressed concern at the desk of the actual hotel (not the annex) and was told that was what I booked. I immediately checked hotel.com website and saw it is still listed as a three star. To get to the room, you had to walk around the corner and through a restaurant in a not very nice building. The whole thing felt sketchy, and we did not wish to stay there. We paid extra E25 to stay in the actual hotel. Very unsatisfactory when I specifically booked a three star!

We stayed in the Annexe of the hotel. The Annexe is only 2 star and this was not clear on the site. However for 2 star accommodation in a great location it was very good and worth the money.

The good points: 1. Hotel is convenient, close to the train station 2. It is clean Points to keep in mind: 1. Avoid the breakfast. They have 3 categories. The buffet one charges 15 euros, but only 1 croissant is given 2. The check in place is not in the same place as the hotel room. You have to cross street to get there

Good welcome but would have appreciated a buggy and help with cases when our daughters checked in at 10.30 after a long journey also wifi very patchy despite being advertised as free and available Other than that a really lovely resort gorgeous pool And great grounds

Our room was a little bit small but good enough to sleep some hours there. The breakfast was excellent (12 eur per person). There was an awesome squere for parking in front of the hotel. There should have been wifi but it didn't work at hotel room.

ok for a short stay
Great value and good location, just outside the center of town. We stayed one night before doing the wine bike trail starting from Beaune. Room was very small, especially for 2 people. Only a handheld shower and shower door wouldn't stay closed. Clean and ok for a short stay. Breakfast in the hotel down the road looked very meager and wasn't included. We decided to eat breakfast elsewhere.

The room was a bit small for us (Annexe) but was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfasts & appreciated the fresh fruit, meats & cheeses. The location was good, with parking opposite and not very far to walk into the centre of Beaune. Unfortunately the strip light above the mirror in the bathroom was faulty and was not replaced although we mentioned the problem to the cleaning lady.
