Pinckney Home Place - Your Waterfront Home Away from Home

  • On the Beaufort River, 6 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Parris Island! This family home, designed and built in 1955, has been lovingly restored to its original 1950’s charm. With 4 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds), 2-1/2 baths, (1 with walk in shower) it sleeps 8 comfortably. Located in quiet Pigeon Point, it offers a large living room, intimate dining room, and cozy den. Spacious kitchen with reclaimed wood floors features an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and two refrigerators. Washer and dryer in laundry room just off kitchen. A large screened porch offers water views or stroll down the 200 foot dock to a roofed gazebo on the creek, and a large floating dock encourages swimming during warm weather months. Any time of year you may catch a glimpse of herons, egrets, or marsh hens. Or for that matter another type of "bird": F/A18s or F35Bs from nearby Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort. Expect some occasional jet noise, but enjoy the show! Gorgeous sunsets!
