    Welcome to Pecan Point

Experience a piece of Beaufort history at Pecan Point, a beautifully restored 1890 Lowcountry home set among mature trees and peaceful surroundings.

With four bedrooms, five queen beds, two separate living rooms and inviting porches, the home offers plenty of room for families and groups to stay together while still having space to spread out.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, gather around the table for dinner, or settle into one of the home's two living spaces after a day exploring Beaufort. Pecan Point offers the feeling of a quiet Lowcountry retreat while keeping you just minutes from Historic Downtown Beaufort and Parris Island.

    The Home

Built in 1890 and restored from the ground up in 2005, Pecan Point combines the character of a historic Beaufort home with the comforts of a thoughtfully restored vacation property.

Original character, traditional porches, mature trees and the surrounding grounds give the home a sense of place that feels distinctly different from a typical vacation rental.

Inside, two separate living rooms make the home especially comfortable for larger families and groups. Gather together in the main living room or enjoy the separate parlor for conversation, reading or watching the Smart TV.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located upstairs.

Primary Bedroom: 1 queen bed with private ensuite bathroom and shower
    Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
    Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds
    Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed

The second full bathroom serves Bedrooms 2–4 and includes a shower/tub combination.

Because all bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.

    Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives your group the flexibility to prepare breakfast before heading out, enjoy an easy lunch at the house or gather together for dinner.

For families and groups spending several days in Beaufort, having a full kitchen and shared dining space makes it easy to settle in and enjoy time together without relying on restaurants for every meal.

    Porches & Outdoor Spaces

Slow mornings and quiet evenings are part of the experience at Pecan Point.

The home's porches and designated guest outdoor areas provide inviting places to enjoy the mature trees and peaceful Lowcountry surroundings.

Pecan Point is located within a larger 12-acre property. Guest access includes the main home, porches and designated outdoor areas surrounding the house.

The barns, horse pastures, agricultural areas, private outbuildings and other designated private areas are not part of the vacation rental or guest-accessible areas.

Visiting for a Marine Corps Graduation?

Pecan Point is a wonderful home base for families traveling to Beaufort for a Marine Corps graduation at Parris Island.

Instead of separating the family between multiple hotel rooms, up to 10 guests can stay together under one roof with four bedrooms, five queen beds, two living rooms, a full kitchen and comfortable spaces to gather before and after graduation activities.

Parris Island is approximately 3.5 miles / 9 minutes from the property. Drive times may vary, particularly during graduation-day traffic.

    Explore Beaufort

Historic Downtown Beaufort and Bay Street are approximately 2.5 miles / 7 minutes away, putting restaurants, shopping, the waterfront and the heart of Beaufort within an easy drive.

Spend the day exploring downtown, visit nearby Port Royal, enjoy the Lowcountry waterfront, or simply return to Pecan Point and relax on the porch.

Whether you're visiting for a Marine Corps graduation, gathering with family, celebrating a special occasion or planning a Lowcountry getaway, Pecan Point offers the space and character of a historic Beaufort home with a peaceful setting just minutes from everything you came to Beaufort to enjoy.

Very old style home, lots of character, beautiful yard area and the bonus of having some horses on site to watch.Only thing id add: some more lighting around property at night, was tough to see where to park and such.Overall -- highly recommend and would definitely stay again
