Enjoy your Beaufort getaway at this stunning house with deep water views. Everything you'll need will be in this house. An amazing opportunity to make memories with your family and friends. This property does not have a dock. There is a local marina just a few minutes away! Located just 1.2 miles away from downtown Beaufort, shops and restaurants, 10 minutes to Paris Island, and few miles to Port Royal’s Sands Beach, beer garden, brewery and restaurants. Enjoy the outdoors with just a short walk to the famous Spanish Moss Trail! Boat friendly! Ask about details! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 2​1+ to book This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay. A smart TV is provided and is available for guests to log into their own streaming services and apps. Cable tv/ live tv is not provided. No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00. Please note that Palmetto bugs are a common occurrence in Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry region. Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. Palmetto bugs are a natural part of the local environment and are not the same as cockroaches. Their presence does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or an infestation. The property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly by a licensed pest control service to minimize their occurrence. We are available via the platform app for any questions you may have. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home in Beaufort. It was spacious, very clean and was pretty well stocked with all the things that you would need for a relaxing stay with the exception of not having an outdoor grill. If I could just make one suggestion that you purchase, maybe a Weber grill with a cover and we would have been happy to supply our own charcoal. We enjoy grilling when we are on vacation and other VRBO‘s. I think it would be a real plus because we don’t enjoy going out to eat for every evening meal. No hairdryer. 1 coffee pod? Bathroom soaps the size of quarters. 3 garbage bags. 3 dishwasher pods One broken chaise lounge on back porch. Anyway, small items, but for a couple hundred bucks and $5 bucks more a guest-night, it would be a better guest experience. A good fit for our group during my son’s Marine Corp graduation week. The house was clean and neat, with the right amount of space for our group. The basic tools for cooking were there. The kitchen space made it easy to cook and eat in. All appliances are new, very clean, and work well. Beds had nice mattresses and the sheets and towels were nice. The deck was a good place to enjoy breakfast and watch the sunrise. We appreciated the washer and dryer during our week-long stay as well. Check-in was easy and Leah was very responsive. This was a house that met our needs. Large groups should be aware that a limited amount of supplies are made available and be ready to purchase/Instacart your own - such as coffee (not enough for the group, looked like it was leftover from the last guests), paper towels (only one extra roll provided), scissors (we bought a pair and left them there), cooking oils/spices, a first aid kit, pens, etc. All plates and cups are plastic - surprising for a rental of this size. Only 3 wine glasses that we could find. A few extra touches would make this place amazing!! Ps. Busy road meant some noise and lights are on all night from the neighbors - houses are close together. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs and a night mask and you will be fine. Beds are super comfy. I would recommend staying, just be aware of reading the listing exactly as-is and not expecting more than what is listed. ##### Katrina P. We rented this house because my son was graduating from the USMC. The house is only 5 miles from the base on Parris Island and very close to historic Beaufort and shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view and backyard created a great space to hang out with the family and take photos.
