"The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. The rest of our stay was pleasant, and the reception staff on the second day were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. Unfortunately, our first impression was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 p.m., and the receptionist ( I didn’t pick up his name) on duty was not welcoming at all. There was no greeting, no smile, and when we asked a few questions, the interaction felt cold and dismissive. After a long day of traveling, a warm welcome makes a big difference, and this was something we did not experience. I have stayed at many hotels in Mont-Tremblant, and this is the first time I’ve had such an unfriendly check-in experience. While I appreciated the room and the kindness of the staff the following day, the poor first impression was enough that I would choose a different hotel for my next visit."

"Our stay at the Fairmont was one of the most refreshing customer service experiences we have had in years. The staff were exceptional at helping us make our stay amazing. My, now fiancee, proposed to me while we were there and the lounge bartender helped oordinate with the concierge to arrange transportation to and from the proposal destination. We came back to the hotel welcomed by staff applauding for us! We've never felt so special! Would highly reccomend !"

"We had an amazing stay at Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only minor issue we experienced was that the water would occasionally shut off, likely due to the moisture sensor/system. Other than that, everything was excellent. The host was responsive and accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
