"An absolute gem. A family run hotel where every effort is made to make the clients stay as comfortable as possible. We were able to use the pool from morning to night, the room was spotless and the air-conditioning worked wonders in very hot conditions. Also plenty of car parking. "This was a location and villa with private pool of our dreams. It has everything you can want for a traditional Italian experience. The views are beautiful day and night. The villa is spacious inside and out set on a large picturesque plot. If you want rustic, quiet and authentic, this is the place for you. Situated only a few minutes drive from San Feliciano with plenty of activities and restaurants for a typically quiet holiday. The host and his two golden retrievers live upstairs. If you love dogs they will make your holiday complete. We took our dog and she had unlimited access to the land and property. Massimo is a quiet,Kind and private person. He is totally willing to offer help and guidance if you ask him. However If you just want to make the best of everything available and do your own thing he is totally respectful. We would recommend the villa and location to anyone wanting a true experience of Italy. "
