Donnatella is a wonderful cook, I highly recommend eating with them at every opportunity. The property is just outside of the small village of Solomeo, near Perugia. It is quiet and relaxing. "A wonderful stay on the border or Umbria and Tuscany. Good position within 1hr drive to Siena, Montepulciano etc and within easy reach or the nearby lake for watersports, cycling and loads of options for restaurants at lots of price points. The lake is best swimmable by boat as the lake shore is quite barren and muddy. Depends on your priorities.The house itself is amazing and the back garden one of the best spots for cooking and views we have ever been.
