"Ahhhh- was our feeling opening the front door! Beautiful property with fabulous outdoor venue. Home was open concept and extremely clean, pool water sparking; host very kind and responsive. We even requested an extra night! Lucky to get it. Looking forward to going back again!!"

"We arrived late and check in was a breeze. The unit was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioner is an older hotel style a/c unit effective but a little dated. They had nice amenities that included a beach umbrella which was nice. We loved the kitchenette and the proximity to the beach. The few things to note that we were not crazy about: the walls are paper-thin, you can hear everything. If you have a shred courtyard, there is no privacy if you are sitting outside. Another thing to note is that the beach is across a busy street. This is the same for almost all hotels in this area but it is something that surprised us. We had a great stay, we will be back, but we will be requesting an end unit!"

"The property was comfortable and is very good for a family group to spread out and relax. The above ground pool was large and there were several floats available. We did have a strange misunderstanding with the host. She showed up unexpectedly inside the house without knocking while we were there. Seemed surprised that we were there, even though our car was in the drive. She did apologize and leave after a few minutes but the timing was very awkward for us. The location is good and close to the bridge to the island. I would recommend this property."

"If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is an incredible find, just minutes from the island beaches. Neat, clean and nicely appointed efficiency apartment. Parking in front of your unit with a side patio with grill and equipped with TVs and comfortable bedding. It was our first time with VRBO and no hassle registration with clear instructions for entry made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!"

"We never got a chance to stay because we weren’t able to contact or communicate with renters and no one at property. So I can’t score anything other than this was a scam. Tried 3 numbers with no response. 1 number was out of order."

"We had a wonderfully restful vacation. The house was just as advertised. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect….close to everything we wanted to do. Only 5-6 miles to Anna Maria Island (although getting out there on the weekend is challenging …go early) We just hung out at the house on the weekend. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was wonderful & quite."
