The registration process was intense, but I understood it after seeing the property. So secure, so clean, so perfect for our holiday with our family! They communicated thoroughly and responded to our one request quickly. The amenities were amazing and I loved all the hangars! Thankful for the garage that was included with this unit. The hotel's construction project really put a damper on my stay. The constant noise made it tough to relax, and the lack of towels at the pool was a hassle. I had to go all the way back to my room to grab some, which was inconvenient. The gym being closed was the final straw. I think the hotel should have been upfront with me about these issues before I booked my room. That way, I could have decided whether or not it was worth staying there.
