"We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay."

"The rooms were dirty. The pics online depicted clean modern rooms that was not what we walked into. Sheets were stained, appliances dirty walls dirty, and light fixtures had missing or burned out bulbs. "

"I relied on hotels.com reviews and should have done further research. It is hard to find family size rooms so we stayed despite my unhappiness with the condition of the interior of the room. I took pictures that I will send to the hotel with a list of concerns coming from someone that has been in the housing industry for 30+ years in hopes they will take the constructive criticism to improve for their next guests."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store and restaraunts within walking distance. The outside is a little run down but the rooms were updated and very nice. "

"Originally booked as a 2-night stay. We were so relaxed there that I booked an extra night! The staff is very friendly, and the room was in spotless condition when we arrived our first night. We opted-out for housekeeping, so nothing to review there. We felt the room was offered for a very fair price, especially since it was Easter weekend in (basically) Monterey."
