"this place provided a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Austin and Houston. the house was impeccable and vey comfortable. the pool was our main focus of fun. the low legged was perfect for the kids who are learning how to swim. it was nice we did not have to get extra trash bags or coffee since they wee provided. most of your basic seasonings were provided too. lots of plates and bowls so place settings were easy to handle the crowd we had at this birthday celebration. thank you so much"

"The AC was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and check in was easy. They have a pool, but did not have time for a swim. I slept well and I would definitely stay there next time I go to Kingsland. "

"Great Location, we had a large group and never felt crowded, house is Hugh!! Elevator did not work, not good for 2 of us old people!! But we managed, lots of stairs in this house. Lots of outdoor spaces for entertaining. Host was great with communicating!Kids fished right off the dock and caught variety of fish."

"The host was quick with answers to all questions. The property was perfect for our large group with plenty of bathrooms. The two living areas were spacious and the outdoor space gave us options for rain or shine. A large outdoor table was perfect for our evening meals and we could all sit around it (10 people!) The property is right on the water and we would come back again."

The photos don’t fully capture how beautiful the home is—great design, well-appointed décor, and plenty of space.We had 2 adults and 9 kids for spring break, and it worked exceptionally well. The kids always had something to do, and the property is stocked in a way that clearly reflects thoughtful management. We never once heard “I’m bored” all week.We will absolutely be back and rent this home again for our group."
