We paid for a sea view room, however the music in the evening was very loud even with windows shut. We opted to downgrade the following day to a room at the back with jungle view, which was much better. The rooms are okay, basic and could do with a refresh. The pool area is okay, plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel overall was okay but felt more 3* than 4*.

My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.

Room was amazing. Beautiful. Clean . View excellent. Pure luxury. Excellent breakfast even champagne if you wish. Grill restaurant by the beach breakfast and dinner fabulous and the two singers great.
