Melograno apartment is located on the first floor without a lift of a modern building in Feriolo di Baveno. The apartment is completely new also in terms of furnishings and has a bright living room with a well-equipped open kitchen, a table for 4 people, a sofa that becomes a double bed and a satellite TV. From there you enter the beautiful covered terrace with a table for dining from which you can enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake. The apartment is completed by a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Under the building there is a large closed box available to guests, where in addition to a large car you can also park bicycles and nautical accessories. Behind the building there is a public car park for any additional cars. The lakefront of Feriolo can be reached in two minutes on foot. Verbania and Stresa can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The apartment is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday on the beaches and for discovering Lake Maggiore with its tourist attractions.
