The apartment has an independent entrance and has an open kitchen area with dining table, a bathroom with shower, a sitting area with a sofa that becomes a double bed and satellite TV and two bedrooms, one with a double bed overlooking the lake and one with two single beds that can be joined together. From the living room, kitchen and bedroom there is a wonderful lake view and you can access the long private balcony with a wonderful view of the islands equipped with awning, two tables and 4 chairs. The apartment is new in furnishings and equipment. On the ground floor there is a common garden for the 3 apartments in the annex with deck chairs, shower. From the garden, going down a ladder, you go down to the lake for swimming. Near the entrance there is a well-equipped laundry room shared with the other apartments in the annex. A reserved parking space is available on the property. In 4 minutes by car you can reach Baveno and Stresa with all services.
