The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. Good place for an overnight stay. There was a good bit of noise from the highway but not bad enough for us to not stay again! The check in staffbwas very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY WITH SMALL KIDS. We called ahead of our stay and asked if they had a crib as it was listed on their amenities. They said they did and we would get it at check in. Well… we got in late around 11pm and asked for the crib, they said they couldn’t find one and didn’t think they had it. My husband had to insist that they at least look. They finally found one at 1 am and they brought it to us all folded up. I set it up and it had a huge hole in the bottom and the mattress they had for it was disgusting. Also looked like it was made in 1975. They only have two high chairs that are both broken and dirty. All the ice machines in the building are broken. Carpet in the room had old crusty sauce all over it and was super gross. Couldn’t let our baby crawl on the ground because I was worried what kind of crap he would find and put in his mouth. Shower floor had dirt stains. Asked for late checkout so our baby could nap and they said yes so we put him down. Next thing we know we have housekeeping banging on the door even with our do not disturb tag hanging on the handle. No communication that we were given a late checkout. People slamming doors all night and morning. Employees were always being loud or sitting on their phones. Whole place smells like cat pee. Just crappy place. Will never stay there again.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was nice and clean. I loved the fact that when I told the staff that we did not eat pork they went above and beyond to have meat that we could eat. that was so very nice of them to make sure everyone had a nice breakfast.

Not a great stay. The elevator was very slow, the breakfast was barely adequate and the coffee was undrinkable. The room had outdated plugs so I was unable to charge my tablet.. On the positive side, the housekeeping team did a very good job.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Had a major issue when we were told to evacuate in the middle of the night for 4 hours. Poor communication from the hotel staff. We were left sleeping in our car. The rest of our two days were without hot water, cold showers. Did not feel hotel management cared about us as guests. No follow-up after the incident. Would not recommend if you want a hotel with good communication and customer service.

Piscine pas utilisée, pas bien entretenue. Hôtel facile d'accès, bien placé pour découvrir la région. Baton Rouge n'est pas très touristique en dehors des qq sites historiques ou musées, il n'y a rien, downtown est sans vie,peu de commerces ,les parking immenses occupent l'espace, ils sont chers et vides ...

We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and the gentleman at the front desk was very cheerful and welcoming. Room was clean and breakfast area offered a good assortment, and there was a variety of coffees, and constant refills. Check-out was easy and again, the front desk clerk was very nice.
