Rushed onto market

Obviously newly developed, and has great potential...but had lots of snags to resolve: 1) Main front door to building needs a proper retainer, it was left unlocked by guests in multiple mornings and some evenings. 2) Dishwasher did not work (reported on day 1, but not repaired during stay) 3) wifi TV... not having installed overhead TV aerial 4) previous guests washing still wshing machine 5) jars of unknown white gloop in shelves 6) missing light bulb in overhead light 7) incorrect map location 8) can see removed/gutted junk from one apartment from the block dumped in back yard

This is a great apartment in a good location within easy walk of the long stay car park and all of Bath’s attractions. It is clean and comfortable however it is advertised as having wifi and televisions but neither of these were available. I telephoned the management company as soon as we arrived to tell them that there was no internet and no signal for the television. They promised to call me back but even after two phone calls from me nothing was sorted. This would unfortunately stop me from booking this apartment again.

Very well appointed apartment, comfortable modern and clean. Convenient to long stay carpark. however...map pin incorrect and address incomplete -misleading at the time of booking (correct address is only provided later) Also, 2 issues identified in Sept reviews still existed and not fixed during our stay. No WI-FI /internet / TV as dongle hasn't been recharged. When coming from overseas this was needed to research sites, prebook etc. Also, clothes Dryer heating element not working, so had wet washing hanging around the apartment for days.
