We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean, quiet, and very well equipped. The host had provided a lovely welcome gift, which was much appreciated. The location was great. An easy walk from the train station, and situated in the heart of the city.
Very comfortable unit, well appointed and clean. Great location and excellent communication with the host. The view of the Abbey, as promised, was spectacular.
For a great getaway in Bath, start it with a stay in this beautiful apartment. The fit and finish throughout was impressive and thoughtfully designed. The view is lovely. We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s and this one tops them all!
This was the best place to stay at in Bath. Right in the middle of the city. Clean and comfortable. Fresh flowers with great views. I couldn’t ask for more.
Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Words can't describe the extreme attention to detail. From the welcome treats to the surprise of a lovely Christmas tree. The flat was spotless and location can't be beat. The view from the front window is breathetaking. Being right in the heart of town, the flat is very quiet. Loved our time here.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and the flat was cozy. We had a little difficulty understanding the instructions to get in the main door (missed the importance of the " # ") and had to talk with the host to get the case open for the door key. The elevator took us up most of the way but there were several stairs to climb with all our luggage. We really did enjoy our stay once we got in. The Christmas tree, wine., coffee, and pancakes were micr.
We spent three nights in Bath, and this place was perfect!! I cant recommend it highly enough. The location was incredible ... literally steps from the baths, abbey etc. The apartment itself was lightfilled and super clean. Modern, updated kitchen and bathroom. The only 'issue' is if you can't climb stairs. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor, and there is a flight of stairs to the 4th floor. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Bath.
Ten stars out of five.
First the great. Location is perfect. It's a five minute walk to the train station and is half a block from the Roman Baths.
The unit and building are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host (Amanda) was great. She checked in with me after my arrival and again on departure. The space is gorgeous and spacious. It is also quiet - the only noises I heard were from the buskers on Stall St during the day.
On to the exceptional. The host left a fresh loaf of sour dough (with butter and jam) and bottle of champagne along with fresh flowers.
Amanda's recommendations are spot on - at least the ones I tried. I don't remember seeing Raphaels Wine Bar on the list but I had the best meal there since the beginning of the pandemic.
Just a few notes. The entrance is on Bath St and the apartment overlooks Stall St. The unit is on the fourth floor but the lift only goes to three so be prepared to walk up with your luggage one flight of stairs.
To wrap up - thanks Amanda! I had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, the view really is fantastic, especially at night. Couldn’t be better located, right in the heart of Bath. The apartment itself was also lovely and spotless. Thanks
Just perfect. We loved every aspect of this apartment. Lovely view of the abbey and easy access to all attractions. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
This property was absolutely a stunning flat with a view. Everything was perfect. Amanda added extra special touches. The apartment has everything you need and more. The view-- stunning!
Perfect flat, great decor and extra effort from the host
Walking in the door, the flat is better than the pictures, even tho the pics are great. Amanda provided extras to sooth the parched and hungry traveler, as well as superior bath products. The view across the city, the Abbey and Baths was impressive and the view to the hills was spectacular. I highly recommend the flat for proximity to the highlights of Bath, plus a quiet refuge for rest and relaxing.
This is a clean, well appointed flat in a great location. However, it is very hot. The three skylights bring in a lot of heat even with the shades (one was inoperable). With only one small window in the living area, you can't get a breeze going to bring in cool air from outside. Even when temps cooled to 50s at night, it never cooled in the flat, especially in the bedroom. Box fan in the window would help.
If you are going to Bath, this is the place to stay
We are a couple of Americans on Holiday in England. While searching out for places to stay, we just couldn't find something that wasn't tiny/ expensive/ etc. until I found this one. It's a bit spendy and parking is a few blocks away, but it has a spectacular view through the one window, it's across the street from the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, the 2 most important sights in the city. There are plenty of shops and street vendors.
Parking we found about 4 blocks in the Southgate Shopping Center that is a large below ground garage with security and about the same price as other lots. We drove to the building, dropped the bags and parked the car and then took the car out when we went out for the day -Cardiff & the Castle not far.
The apartment was stocked with some goodies and fresh bread/ butter, etc. Very clean, there are 3 skylights that bring in lots of light, but you might want to use the remote to mostly close the bedroom one when there are longer days so you don't wake early to the sun. It is very roomy with nice TV/ living area, good size kitchen/dinning.
It is on the 4th floor -the roofline, and the elevator stops on 3 so there the last floor is by stairs. We didn't find it an issue and we had lots of luggage. We don't understand European laundry machines, it took 4 hours to do a load + dry
The Bath takes 3 hours to tour +/-, and is one of the best Roman museums -most is underground, The Abbey is worth some time too.
Loved the place & you will too
Incredible location and wonderful place to stay in Bath. The unit was quiet and comfortable, the window is small, but the view is perfect. Be aware that you have to walk up a flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go all the way up, but other than taking the suitcases up it wasn't an issue. Across the street from the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. An easy walk from the train station. We loved it!
