Need hand towels. If you have international guests, this is the normal for us.
Breakfast was nice. Room cleaned was good. Got a late check out. Picked up from airport. Gym is decent. Could do with few more weight and cardio machines. There is space.

Overall we had a good stay. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good and the service was good. Rooms are old and in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness of toilets in rooms requires more attention. We had flies in our first room, and the hotel assigned us to a cleaner one. Our check in process was smooth, however, the front desk staff member who checked us in required more training.

Close to the Petronas Tower and other sites of interest. A short ride to other areas for night market, Chinatown, little India etc. Hotel staff is very accommodating and just delightful! Job well done
