Lake Point Life Lake Front

This large, two story home is a wonderful lake front vacation home for families and medium to large group of people. With plenty of space to accommodate up to twelves guests, plenty of beds, lounging and living areas. This home boasts its own laundry room, a game space, and fantastic private dock.

With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.



All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.

You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.

This home has five bedrooms. Bedroom one has a King bed, bedroom two has a king bed, bedroom three has a king bed, bedroom four has two queen beds, and the fifth room has two double beds. The last sleeping space is in the game room with two sofa beds available there.

The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.

- Lake water levels vary through out the year, after September and until late May-early June of the following year, water is low. The home comes with a dock but that dock is not guaranteed to be in the water year round.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
