The Square

"We highly recommend The Square. The location is great within walking distance of so many points of interest as well as close to the train and metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very much appreciated as we stayed 3 nights in late June during a heat wave. The staff were amazing --- very friendly, helpful and attentive. We couldn't have asked for more. Our VIP Access bonus was access to the Executive Lounge which was open in the early evening for a variety of drinks and delicious snacks. It was perfect when we returned from a day of sightseeing!"

"Location, location, location!! Perfect to be near the picturesque canals, tourist area, restaurants, museums, parks!! Price is good too. Very small room for one, but that's ok since I was out and about the whole time. Comfortable to rest, shower and sleep in. The lobby was too hot due to our planet warming...they probably should install some ceiling fans. They do have a nice little outside courtyard in the lobby which is much cooler. I didn't go to their breakfast, so don't know about that."

"The curtains in the room where some what not functioning, light comes in very easy into the room. The bathroom sink faucet are not long enough into the sink water comes out easily into the counter and the water temperature is variable"

"Beautiful traditional hotel. Stayed three nights. First night was noisy in a room by the road as renovations taking place in building opposite but moved to a courtyard facing room that was lovely and quiet."

"We stayed at the Tivoli for four nights. Good choice of food at breakfast although it all seemed a little disorganised. Some of the staff went the extra mile and some just went through the motions. Ideally placed for the train and bus stations."
