I stayed there during the carnival and the street where its located its always noisy. But i was told that one of the bars nearby its always opened until very late and you can certainly hear it inside the room. the cleaniness is very good is very basic. I was surprised that they didnt offer shampoo only bar soap. And the shower that i had didnt have a showerhead and the stream was super close to the wall so it was a bit difficult to shower. The breakfast is limited buffet its nothing special but its good. Besides the noise its ok for what you pay.

Si buscas un lugar con una ubicación central está bien este lugar, solo que es extremadamente ruidoso. El personal en general fue amable pero no recomendaría este hotel. Es húmedo, ruidoso, nuestro baño siempre tenía una fuga de agua con el piso mojado. Pero lo peor de todo es que tienen aves silvestres en jaulas, la verdad no entiendo porque encierran a estos pobres animales y además en unas jaulas diminutas. Esto es absurdo e inhumano. Debería ser censurada este tipo de prácticas. Las pobres no cantan, sino que gritan en ese encierro. Es horrible.

Basic hotel in noisy area
There are some plus sides in that the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly however there were some negatives too in that the breakfast was poor and there is no hot water in the shower. The shower itself was just running water with no shower head. It’s also above a nightclub so bring ear lugs if you want the chance of sleeping This would be a 1 or 2 star hotel in Europe

Went with wife booked for seven days left the first night there’s no hot water. The room is outdated. The bathroom was clean, but still look dirty, wife did not want to shower after a 16 hour trip, no shower head, needs an update if you’re single you won’t mind staying here, but not with a significant other booked a room that same night for a different hotel. Didn’t even bother telling them. Wasted my money. Again if you’re single you won’t mind. Looks nicer in pictures.

The accommodations are modest, but clean. Bathroom hardware could use some upgrade. Staff is friendly and attentive. Best thing about this place is the location. A plethora of stores and food places are within walking distance. That made my plans so much easier. This was my second time there and for a business trip, its perfect.

Small lobby area. Happen to be crowded for my check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was limited, but not bad. Make sure you ask for a room that's far from the facade, otherwise traffic will keep you from a sound sleep. Area is safe, has about everything you need.

Very noisy not easy to sleep at all seems mostly like a road motel.. breakfast buffet it’s very limited you get what you pay there’s other options around I booked 2 nights I did not sleep in the last one due all above

the building is very old and musty smell everywhere. you can see the humidity on the ceiling and walls. The mattress is as if it had not been changed in 100 years. I canceled and I didn't even stay in that place. I do not recommend to anybody

Everything was excellent, just one suggestion: the bathroom, it was all clean but my mom didn't like it because she thought it was dangerous for a senior citizen, since it didn't have anti-slip.

1. When I arrive to do the check in they charge me the first night, and five minutes later the said I need to pay the all bill, what I do, then at the moment to do the check out they said I own more money 2. Go to my room and check all space, see the shower case head dirty, then go to take a nap and in the middle of that, the hotel cleaner knock the door to ask if I have the towels, they did not verify if the room was ready before the check in. 3.The breakfast is the same every day, few bread, small coffee and if I do not go early I can get my eggs portion. 4. The hotel attendants was very nice. 5. The area is very noisy, specially if the soccer team play and win the game.

En un inicio nos pareció perfecto en las fotos, pero al llegar vimos que muchas de ellas eran del hotel de al lado. Las camas súper incómodas & duras, el baño extremadamente pequeño y el servicio de limpieza no estuvo tan bueno. El desayuno pésimo y con poca variedad. Tuve que quedarme ya que, no me podían devolver el dinero, pero no volvería jamás. Los botones daban pésimo servicio & al irnos pidieron la llave de mala manera para ir a revisar el cuarto lo cual fue incomodo y sentí que insinuaban que nos podíamos llevar algo del mugre hotel. Realmente me decepcioné mucho de esa estadía. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Tuvimos un problema con la fecha de la reserva y el personal no tenía ni idea cómo hacer el trámite de modificar la reserva tuvimos que perder el dinero, al final el personal ya ni respondía al teléfono.

Los cuartos estaban ok disponían de ac pero el baño fue el inconveniente la presión del agua no fue buena. Además la parte de atras de la habitación hay un establecimiento que no duerme. Si buscan descansar sin ningun tipo de sonido este lugar no será el mejor
