I always stay at this hotel when I am in Barranquilla every one that works there is excellent specially the bell guy Jose he is definetly a five star guy always wants to be at service to me and my lady from when I get there till when I leave !!!

Modern but expensive in nice area of Barranquilla

Pros: Breakfast is Fantastic and exoctic!
Cons: Communication between Expedia and Hotel to avoid misundertandings between the guests and the hotel during check-in etc.
Location: Location is very central but busy during the day. Hotel rooms on the lower floors (lower than 8th) are very noisy and sleeping is a challenge.
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in the junior suite, the area where the hotel is locates is good and looks safe. The looks of the hotel is great and has good facilities. The breakfast is the cherry on the pie, it offers you all you want for all tastes and ages. The hotel staff in general is friendly and helpful (with exception of a front-desk guy), Jose (bellboy) and Adriana from front-desk really deserve a medal for their outstanding customer focus!

Good location for explore Barranquilla

We like the hotel we extended our stay for carnival time! , we like the breakfast, the room, the people... It's Barranquilla Carnival and the hotel could do more to help guests see the Carnival, they could organise this a little but the hotel is good check prices many guests

Good hotel our 1st time in Barranquilla, taxis easy, reasonable, allow 1 hour for airport minimum, we like the breakfast!

Excellent hotel in Barranquilla

Pros: The room, the facilities, the excellent service of the hotel staff.
Cons: The cleaning of the exterior windows to get a better view of the city.
Location: Central location in Barranquilla in one of the best neighborhoods (Alto Prado). World Trade Center, casinos, restaurants and shopping center near by.
Once arrived at this hotel, I felt like I was in a 5 stars, 3 diamonds hotel. I was not disappointed in any way. I initially booked a regular room, but was given an upgrade to a Suite without even asking for it, and it was complimentary at no additional charge. Also, complimentary breakfast was provided during my stay at the hotel. I call this an excellent customer service that major hotel chains should follow.
