The propety was rated "exceptional", but it has many things that it does not meet that rate. We request toiletry and it was not avaliable, neither facial towels to uuse inthe shower. Definitely this propety is not exceptional.

Very helpful staff. They were training a new crew - even with that - service was great. Their whirlpool on the roof was low on water resulting in challenges with people wanting to cool off in the sun. They need to pay more attention to the pool and workout rooms.

Excellent hotel as always!
This is the 2nd time me and my girlfriend have stayed at this hotel. She liked it just as much as the first time. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The property leaves a lot to be desired in some aspects. Whilst the photos online show a modern and finished product, the tiling in the bathrooms appear to be a rushed job, and out of the two elevators on property, only onw was working. It was not in close proximity to other dining establishments and the options at the restaurant were limited. In addition, the garbage from the use of the bar the night prior, was left there until the following morning when breakfast was being served. I would like credit the staff in the restaurant on mornings, as they were very accomodating and professional.

While the hotel is beatiful the air condition was broken on one side of the hotel.Instead of moving us to another part they gave us the room next door which the ac wasn’t working either.I had to take a 175 dollar hit and go to another hotel.

I was very happy with everything. Harold at the front desk was very helpful and kind. All the staff were great. The restaurants in the area were excellent and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had high hopes but left disappointed
I enjoyed my stay, however DO NOT leave anything at the hotel. 1) After checking out I realized that I left my Adidas sweat pants in the room - I called the hotel to see if I could come pick them up and the hotel took 2 days to get back to me to let me know "they didn't find them". 2) They charged me 80 dollars to do my laundry. This is crazy. 3) I left 30 dollars in my pocket of my coat and someone in cleaning or at the cleaners took it even though I notified them immediately that I had left it there. The breakfast was great. The staff friendly. The room clean. I just feel that they weren't honest and it's not a safe place for my possessions which is disappointing.
