"The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. "Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. Quarto bom, cama grande e confortável, chuveiro excelente, apenas as toalhas estão um pouco velhas. Peguei um quarto voltado para rua da frente q da p ouvir os ônibus passando na rua, nada que tenha atrapalhado o sono mas se quiser mais silencio melhor optar por um quarto para o fundo. Hotel não tem garagem mas tem manobrista gratuito o que foi muito bom! Funcionários super educados e prestativos! Voltarei com certeza!"
