To the front, on the other side of a recently landscaped boulevard, a garden nestled in the dunes overlooks the beach. At the back, an enclosed garden offers a safe and pleasant space for outdoor dining.

The house is spread over three levels.
On the ground floor, a large living room of 92 m² with large bay windows offers panoramic views of the sea. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining room with fireplace and a comfortable living room with high-fidelity audio and video equipment. A bedroom (140x200), a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet complete this level.
