For shared use: garden 800 m2 with plants, meadow, orchard. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house at 30 m. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop "Place Dr Auvret" 1 km, sandy beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.  
"Tytisa N°2", 3-room semi-detached house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV.
