It comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a 58 m² garden! Sheets included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : Ground floor : \- 15 m² living room with sofa, decorative fireplace and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. 1st floor: \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC 2nd floor: \- Bedroom 2: large dormitory with two single beds (90×190), games, books, table football For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Weber barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, tennis rackets, games. Outside: \- A beautiful private garden of 58 m², not enclosed, facing north-west, with Weber barbecue and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. \- Free access to the basketball and tennis courts, 100 m from the house. I guess you will need to get used to how quiet it is :) You can walk to the restaurants in Carteret but you face a stiff walk back up! There is a small nice garden to eat or drink a glass. The neighbours do not make noise either. My double bed was very good. The kitchen is complete. And of course there is Carteret nearby and Restaurant Le Cap :) 🙁 It is a small house and the stairs are narrow and steep - it IS in the description and maybe at 66 years of age it was a bit of a stretch for me. So maybe for younger people. Some things are flimsy and fall when you touch them.
